Sultan Inn Boutique Hotel, in the historical old town of Baku, consisting of 11 guest rooms, was acquired in 2021. The hotel has three restaurant outlets, Terrace 145 restaurant – opened in 2022, Balcon Cafe – opened in 2023 and Cigar Club 145 opened in 2024.
